Feedback helps us keep improving. Whether it’s praise for someone in our team, an idea for doing things better, or something you think we could have handled differently, we want to hear it. Every matter at Hindsight is supervised by one of our Founding Partners, and they read every piece of feedback personally.
How to share your feedback
- Tell your lawyer. They’re always happy to hear how things are going, and many things can be sorted out with a quick call.
- Contact a Founding Partner. Email contact@hindsightlegal.com.au with “Feedback” in the subject line, or call us on (02) 4611 7092.
- Leave us a Google review. If you were happy with our work, a review helps other people find us.
What we do with your feedback
- A Founding Partner reads it and, if you’d like, gets back to you personally.
- If something didn’t go the way you expected, we’ll look into it, talk to the people involved and let you know what we’ll do.
- We use it to improve, from how we communicate to how we run each matter.
Questions about a bill
Our costs are set out in the costs disclosure and engagement letter we give you at the start of your matter. If you have a question about a bill, just ask. You can also ask us for an itemised bill.
